Challenge
The property contained damaged asbestos materials along roof edges and external elevations. Years of weathering had increased the risk of fibre release, while access was limited due to height and the need for full safety control. Protecting both residents and operatives required a carefully managed approach.
Solution
AEL Environmental Specialists installed a full scaffold and sheeting enclosure to create a controlled working zone. Licensed operatives used specialist respiratory protection and air management systems throughout. All asbestos materials were safely removed, contained, and disposed of in full compliance, leaving the building ready for roofing reinstatement.
