Challenge
The property had suffered extensive fire damage, leaving collapsed walls, charred timber, twisted metal, and unstable internal structures. Debris was scattered through multiple levels, and access was restricted due to structural instability and hazardous materials. The building needed to be made safe without causing further collapse or damage to remaining heritage elements.
Solution
AEL Environmental Specialists provided professional demolition services through a phased and controlled clearance, removing burnt materials and unstable sections piece by piece. All debris, including timber, masonry, and metal, was safely extracted and sorted for responsible disposal. Once the structure was cleared, internal floors were cleaned and the remaining walls stabilised. The site was handed back safe, structurally secure, and ready for future reconstruction.
