The property had suffered extensive fire damage, leaving collapsed walls, charred timber, twisted metal, and unstable internal structures. Debris was scattered through multiple levels, and access was restricted due to structural instability and hazardous materials. The building needed to be made safe without causing further collapse or damage to remaining heritage elements.
Solution

All debris, including timber, masonry, and metal, was safely extracted and sorted for responsible disposal.
